The Tax Reviewer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Reviewer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys ensuring accuracy, mentoring staff, and providing strategic insights. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while supporting team development and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Review & Oversight: Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work prepared by staff aligns with firm standards and current tax regulations
• Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior staff and associates
• Client Service: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver proactive tax planning advice
• Workflow Management: Assist in managing deadlines, assignments, and project flow to ensure timely delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
